K-9 Program
The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit is made up of two teams. Deputy Abele/K9 Sabre is the Team Leader and is assigned to the Investigations Division. Deputy Callahan/K9 Dundee is assigned to the Patrol Division.
Both teams attended training at the Boston K9 Academy and are dual certified in patrol work and narcotics detection. The K9’s are also proficient in article searches.
The K9 Unit is available to assist our deputies and law enforcement partners throughout the County.
