To increase the preparedness of individuals and households in New Hampshire, the NH Department of Safety Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management created the ReadyNH campaign. Request for Information (Form 097) - If you are seeking a copy of a report or audio
recording, please use this form. There will be a fee for this service. Requests under RSA 91-A may be submitted verbally, or in writing, and in any format you choose (i.e. Email, Letter).
